To support the launch of a reimagined banking offer, one of the UK’s leading financial institutions needed a clear, compelling way to tell their story.
With tight timelines and high expectations, I was brought in to craft a motion-led narrative that could resonate at board level, inspire internal teams, and capture the value of a premium service for mass affluent customers — all through elegant, strategic design.
Strategic Approach
I helped shape the visual arc of the story from the ground up—starting with storyboard development that focused on customer journeys and insight-led storytelling. Working within tight brand guidelines, I crafted animations that visually stitched together the offer’s value in a way that would resonate with both internal leadership and end customers.
Creative Thinking
Every frame was intentional. I leaned into clean transitions, metaphor-led visual cues, and editorial pacing to ensure clarity without sacrificing warmth or personality. The animation style was refined, confident, and clear—designed to align with executive-level presentations while still feeling accessible.
Outcomes & Impact
The final motion piece was presented by a senior executive to the bank’s board, receiving high praise as “one of the best product videos we’ve created.” It became a north star for the brand’s strategic storytelling going forward, helping secure alignment and excitement across teams. For me, it reinforced how good motion design can simplify complexity—and spark belief in a new direction.
